Slow Cooker Hawaiian Meatballs

32 oz. package of precooked, frozen meatballs
13.5 oz can of unsweetened pineapple chunks (drain juice and set aside)
1 large green pepper, diced
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2/3 cup white vinegar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
Place meatballs in crock pot; top with green pepper and drained pineapple chunks.  In a separate bowl, mix reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce.  Pour sauce over meatballs, pineapple and green peppers.  Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through.

Lime Jello with Pineapple

Ingredients:

1 can crushed pineapple well drained
1 3 oz. package lime jello
1 pint of cottage cheese
1 10-oz container Cool Whip

Put cottage cheese in bowl.  Sprinkle Jell-O on top.  Mix well.  Add pineapple and whipped cream.  Combine well.  Chill before serving.
