Peanut Butter, Banana, Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup lowfat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1 medium banana (I like to slice mine into coins and freeze them beforehand for an icier smoothie)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 Tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ice (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth. Pour into two cups and enjoy!
