- 1 cup of instant old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax meal
- 1/4 cup or 1/2 scoop of chocolate Whey protein powder
- 2-3 Tbls of honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
Just mix them together and then roll into balls. Refrigerate and then enjoy.
