Sara’s Protein Balls

  • 1 cup of instant old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax meal
  • 1/4 cup or 1/2 scoop of chocolate Whey protein powder
  • 2-3 Tbls of honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

Just mix them together and then roll into balls. Refrigerate and then enjoy.
