Honey Yogurt Fruit Dip

Makes 20 servings

Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) carton cottage cheese
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup honey
½ cup grated coconut
2 teaspoons orange zest

Instructions:
Blend cottage cheese and yogurt in a food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; chill approximately 1 hour. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
