Jeanette’s Gingersnap Cookies

  • 1 ½ cups of butter (softened)
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • ½ cup molasses
  • 2 eggs

Mix together in mixer until fluffy.

Sift Together in another bowl:

  • 6 cups of flour
  • 4 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves

Mix 2 bowls together.  Form into small balls, roll in sugar.

Bake @375 for 11-12 minutes.
