Italian Meatball Soup
- 2 cans low sodium beef broth
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 large bag frozen veggies (whatever you like)
- 1 bag Italian meatballs (about 26)
Mix together and cook for 5 minutes. Then add:
- 1 can drained kidney beans
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
