Italian Meatball Soup

Italian Meatball Soup

  •  2 cans low sodium beef broth
  • 1 can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 large bag frozen veggies (whatever you like)
  • 1 bag Italian meatballs (about 26)

 Mix together and cook for 5 minutes.  Then add:

  • 1 can drained kidney beans
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

 Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
