I adapted this recipe from the French’s website.
Season 4-6 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown both sides of chicken in a little oil. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with the following sauce:
- 2/3 cup Ranch salad dressing
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard (optional–makes the chicken tangier)
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
BAKE chicken at 350°F for 30-40 min. until cooked. Serve over rice. Great on sandwiches the next day.
