1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp parsley

Mix together all ingredients except lemon juice. Add lemon juice and after mixing pour over chicken breasts and let sit several hours or overnight.
