Baked French Toast

1 loaf bread
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups fat free half and half
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
3 TB corn syrup

Grease 9×13 pan. Place bread slices flat in pan. Combine eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla and cinnamon. Allow to sit in fridge overnight. Remove from fridge. In a pan, combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Heat until melted. Pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Flip and bake an additional 10 minutes.
