Holiday Jello

I got this recipe from my friend Julee in Florida.

Here is the recipe.

  •  1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 2/3 cup nuts
  • 1 6 oz box of raspberry jello
  • 1 can of whole cranberry sauce

Drain the pineapple and reserve the liquid.  Then, add water to the liquid to make    2 1/2 cups of liquid (mostly water).  Bring that to a boil and then pour over the dry jello and mix it for two minutes.  Then add the pineapple, the cranberry sauce, the nuts and the chopped up apple.  Then pour into cute little cupcake molds (don’t forget the paper cups or else you will have a hard time getting them out of the pan.  Cute!
