For the Halibut

  • 1 lb fresh halibut chunks          
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Dip each halibut chunk in the melted butter and roll in bread crumbs.  Mix mayo, sour cream and onion and pour evenly over halibut.  Bake for 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.  Serve immediately.
