From the Pioneer Woman Cooks:
– Pillsbury Peanut Butter cookie dough
– Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups miniatures
Place cookie dough in freezer for about 15 minutes so that it will be easier to cut. Preheat oven to 350*. Remove cookie dough from the packaging and cut into 1-1 1/2 inch thick slices. Then cut those slices into quarters and place each quarter in a mini muffin pan cup. Bake the dough for about 6 minutes; don’t over bake it. If anything, you want it slightly under done. Immediately after removing them from the oven, place the chocolate candy in the center and press down. Once cooled, remove from muffin pan using a spoon.
