Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream Dip

I got this recipe from a caterer when I attended a swearing in ceremony for a judge.  It may be simple but it’s good. Next time I make this I will only use 1/2 the package of Ranch.

  • 1 (12 oz) carton cottage cheese
  • 1 package powdered Ranch style
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Put all the ingredients in blender and blend on low.

Turn to high to make a smooth texture.  Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.  Add additional sour cream if you want to thin the dip a little.  Serve with tiny carrot sticks, sliced cucumbers, strawberries, grapes, slices of cheese.
