Enchilada Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 15 ounce can chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoons cumin

Cook onion in olive oil until tender, then add remaining ingredients.  Simmer until desired thickness or add a little flour mixed in cold water to thicken.
