Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

From Hub Café, Heber City, Utah

  • 3 1/2 cups of flour
    2 cups of sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2/3 cup orange juice
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups of canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350.  Mix all ingredients together and pour into pans sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.  Pour out of pans and cool on cooling rack.
