Scottish Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cubes of butter

2/3 cup sugar, rounded

2 cups flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and blend until combined. Roll out and cut into shapes with cookie cutters or make golf ball sized balls of cookies or flatten with cookie stamps. Bake at 350 (convection if you have it) for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. – Kodiakcakes.com
