Christmas Eve Dip

This recipe comes from Aunt Janet who says their family serves this every Christmas Eve and on Cinco de Mayo.


  • 1 box Mexican Rice-a-Roni prepared as directed
  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Mix all together. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with chips.
