To say I love this recipe is an understatement. I need to make it more often. It’s cold, it’s creamy, it tastes wonderful.
First Set of Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cube butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix above ingredients thoroughly and press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 min, then cool.
Next, mix the following ingredients well and spread over the first layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 9 oz. cool whip (1/2 of carton)
Next, beat the following ingredients for 2 minutes, then spread over second layer:
- 2 small pkgs. of chocolate instant pudding
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
Spread on remaining cool whip and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
